Safarilink Aviation is closely following the developments of the COVID-19 outbreak and continues to comply with local governments, international governments and WHO’s recommendations by taking measures to contain the spread of COVID-19.
As per the Kenyan government’s directives and in the spirit of ensuring social distancing and to limit domestic travel, SAFARILINK will temporarily suspend all scheduled passenger services from 1st April 2020 to 31st May 2020 inclusive. However, we will operate charter flights on an as-need basis. Scheduled services will resume from 1st June 2020.
The health and wellbeing of our customers and employees remain our highest priority, and we will do everything possible to assist you with your upcoming travel plans.
Bookings that have been ticketed and fully paid for, can be amended to a later date with no penalties, provided the new flight itineraries are completed by 31st March 2021 subject to any difference in fare. Non-ticketed or bookings that have not been paid for will be canceled. Passengers who wish to fully cancel their flights and are unable to travel at a later date should contact us directly on email@example.com.
We highly recommend that you postpone your bookings to a later date and therefore require your support by notifying us on the alternative dates and/or the action that you would like to be taken on your bookings.
