Valid original Passport.
Photocopies of passport relevant pages.
One (1) application form duly completed & signed.
One (1) recent passport size photo for visa application; 35 mm x 45 mm colored borderless photo for passport renewal.
An Airline’s print out on a return air ticket or a confirmed hotel reservation from Nepal, for Tourist purposes.
Signed letter from employer stating the purpose of traveling.
Signed invitation letter or formal notification from Company / Workshop / Seminar / Conference explaining purpose of visit & addresses in Nepal, indicating who is going to pay for the expenses/accommodation.
Proof of sufficient funds or evidence of maintenance in the host country.
There is no legal right to a visa. A visa is not a guarantee to enter Nepal. The final approval remains the competence of the Immigration Office at the border of Nepal.
